Ellucian is one of the world's largest higher education technology companies. I have written a number of white papers for them—some technical and some on topics of general interest to academic leaders. For this paper, I interviewed a member of their consulting group and served as ghost writer. I also brought a lot of my own knowledge to the project as I worked for many years in non-profit fundraising.

For this case study, I interviewed subject matter experts at Norfolk State University about how cloud computing was enabling the institution to dramatically improve the student experience. The university employs technology developed by my client Ellucian, which is looking to transition colleges and universities to the cloud and needs case studies testifying to the benefits and return on investment.
